Small company with potential for person growth.

Growth structure not well defined.

Youll like it as long as your in the inner circle (friends and family) and will be able to work with your friends everyday.

-They play favorites and show no appreciation for their other employees but expect loyalty in return . ie. they offer no benefits, little time off, and dont commit to annual raises but guilt you into "being part of the family" and then dont understand why people want to leave "the family". -Little room for career growth. Extremely high turnover for sales reps - some have lasted less than a month bc they "werent a good fit" but they also dont train sales reps when they start.. -CEO/mgmt is condescending and cliquey -No flexible work hours/cant work from home ever -micromanagement and groupthink -Management values whats good for them not good for the employees
