Pros
The company is growing very fast. There is a lot of opportunity for advancement but you have to be vocal about what you would like to do. The organization structure is not traditional. It will be a good fit for some and not for others. I was able to work with top scientists around the country on new therapies. Good financial bonuses and other perks.
Cons
The real Aldevron organizational chart is quite flat and not a good fit for everyone. To get things done you sometimes have to go right to the top otherwise decisions are slow. While base salaries are good for Fargo they are low when compared to the entire biotech industry.
