Pros
Stable with a good salary, benefits and retirement package. Training opportunities exist. Most work accomodations are good and this includes equipment provided.
Cons
Management is NOT pro employee. Promotions are 99% pre-determined based upon who you know. Policies are outdated and burdensome. For example, work is 8-5 with ALL employees taking lunch at noon. Internet privileges are for select employees with written justification only. Security guards ride and patrol and create an atmosphere that we are not to be trusted. Little to no praise is given for work well done. Mediocre workers are not challenged to do better.
