The people I've worked with have been friendly, kind, and patient.

It's public accounting and there are a few seasons during the year where working hours are longer than usual.

The pros are working with great people, great clients and having a lot of autonomy over your schedule

The cons are: not great pay, horrible benefits package for medical, aloof management and company growing to a size that the previous culture is unrecognizable. I would have loved to work at this company ten years ago based on the way people talk about it.
