Electronic surveillance is there and if you’re doing your job it really isn’t an issue, but if you’re not doing your job due to unreasonable expectations, they’ll find a reason to cut you out. Managers don’t listen to subordinate complaints or find them important enough to act on, and problems that persist in the organization are swept under the rug because execs want to boost the IPO value, and you cant have EEOC complaints piling up if you want to fetch the best price.
