Cons
I wouldn't say this a con, but more of a call-out: If you want to be at a 75+ year old agency/ brokerage that does things "the same" or it feels more comfortable - this isn't the place. If you're seeking opportunity, growth and health challenge - you'll have fun and feel accomplished in your work.
