      They talk a good game.

      Cons

      Raises are low and across the board. No recognition for exceptional performance. They cater to the lowest denomination. Work loads are we even. The work horses put in 60-70 hours a week.

      Cons

      Way to many accounts and underpaid based on workload. Employees leave and workload just shifted to remaining employees. To much nepotism.
