Pros

Crumbling business usually don't have any.

Cons

Significant lack of resources. Changing Comp plans (lower than national averages) Leadership has a lack of professionalism and respect for those who bust their tales to make the organization run. Quiet layoffs! CFO...gone. Service teams....gutted TA....gone M&A....hidden It is almost like the company is stopping growth operations. Ratings Career Opportunities 0 out of 5 as they are constantly downsizing Compensation 0 of out 5 as they are changing the comp plans. Make more money....ANYWHERE else. Culture & Values 0 out of 5. Culture starts at the top and when you have HIGHLY unethical leaders, it is a trickle down affect. Diversity & Inclusion....WHERE? This is not a focus or want at Alera. 0 out of 5 Senior Management 0 out of 5 Deceptive, Unethical and down right childish. Senior Management can make or break an organization and that is what you are seeing right now at Alera. 2% organic growth due to leadership not taking accountability, not being involved and passing the buck. 2025 will be worse that 2024.

Not many pros to talk about.

Cons

Way to many accounts and underpaid based on workload. Employees leave and workload just shifted to remaining employees. To much nepotism.
