Pros
Alera has made interesting acquisitions of boutique brokerage services and specialty practices. As an insurance producer, this has given me a huge advantage in finding solutions for my client's needs, and having a deep repository of resources.
Cons
Alera is a relatively young company, having only started in the late 2010's. No real 'cons' but probably a few growing pains that our leadership seems to be addressing.
