Able to work with some good teams in the UK. Supplies were often on time. some office staff very helpful and grateful when you help them out on a rush job.
Cons
Culture of blame. Heavy on office politics. People promoted without correct skills which leads to clashes with better qualified but less senior staff. HR very focused on protecting management and ignoring alere handbook. Tendency to falsify figures to show to senior managers. Seniors managers do not have the skills to understand they are being manipulated sometimes. Staff are bullied to prevent them being promoted over their supervisors or managers if they had that ability. Will ignore advice from junior staff about customers needs or wants until this customer tries to pull out of contract.
