Pros

Absolutely none, the company is keep repeating the never ending hiring and firing cycle until God know when will this be ended. MNC on paper but it’s SME

Cons

The company has a habit of suddenly firing people, claiming it's due to redundancy, yet they hire new staff with different titles who end up doing the same job. The leadership is dishonest with poor communication, leading to a lack of trust and alignment across the internal teams. There's a fake appraisal system and no bonuses, only the ladies who are very close with the management get to earn it(IYKYK). The company is losing money but points finger at backend employees, even though the high-paid frontliners aren't generating sales and are wasting resources. The CEO is rude, often scolding employees "monkey", "stupid", calling them lazy and useless if they resign or hand in their notice. HR will only stick to MOM regulations if you report it. Otherwise, they tend to bend the rules and keep changing employee handbook by saying "at the company's discretion". All you can imagine that the worst it gets. GBU

Pros

Some colleagues were genuinely supportive, and the pantry lady was always kind and helpful.

Cons

The biggest challenge at Aleta Planet is its leadership. The Chairman frequently belittles staff, insists he always hires the “right” people, yet brings in hires who fail to contribute to sales. In addition, he often pursues deals that ultimately result in losses for the company. The COO is overly reactive and struggles to run operations effectively, leading to poor decision-making that has caused significant financial setbacks. Together, this leadership duo tends to shift blame onto staff rather than taking accountability for their own choices. This creates a culture of fear, low morale, and instability. The company also lacks a proper, qualified HR function, which further compounds the issues with staff management and workplace culture.
