Pros
Aleto tries hard to promote a work life balance and keep employees informed on Aleto news and updates. Leadership cares about their employees and emphasizes the importance of building trusting relationships with our clients. They provide a generous employee education reimbursement program and good benefits relative to their size. The company does its best to build a good culture in a remote environment (keeping in mind that each client will have their own culture that we also work within as contractors). Aleto is different than some contracting companies because they want employees to make contributions to the success of the company by attending company meetings, have regular meetings with their team leads, stay updated on company news, and participate/facilitate internal training meetings.
Cons
The company is small and growing so there are processes that still need to be built. It's not a big organization where everything is standardized so it does require employees to be flexible at times and comfortable with change. A majority of employees are spread out and work at different client sites/remotely so there's not one central business location where Aleto employees can meet in person.
