Company that cares more about looking good and making money than looking after their staff. No progression - management actively restrict and deny opportunity for development. Damaging to self esteem. Favouritism towards some people, especially those that are privileged. Clueless management on a power trip. No support, especially surrounding job role growth. No HR. Extremely toxic environment. Bullying behaviour. No perks.
