Worst manager I have ever known in my entire career! manager doesn't know how to handle and lead people. Manager doesn't trust his subordinates Manager works only for the betterment of his "title" Manager doesnt lead by example Manager only thinks for himself Manager takes credit of the achievements of the team Manager blames subordinates for failures of the team Manager is unprofessional and shouts at employees infront of everyone, slams stuff if he gets too Annoyed Manager knows almost nothing with the job, thinks he knows everything and does not accept mistakes Manager doesnt send employees to training or any other methods to improve learning And the list goes on..
