Pros
Nice people, great boss, good small office environment (about 40 in the corporate office), and good place to get experience, but that’s about it. Good company to work for only if you’re coming from a bigger firm, is someone looking for their first job (and desperate), or looking to intern.
Cons
Zero career growth/dead end job. Some of the owners seemed a bit out of touch with certain things when I was there. HR wasn’t the best. Pay was at poverty level for lower/entry level positions which lead to high turnover with the younger crowd (unless they improved their pay by now but doubtful).
They would leave voluntarily to go somewhere else that paid a real starting salary. The only people who stay have been there forever or came from a bigger firm. If you do plan on working here, do it for the experience and move on when you find something better.
