They do not provide an experience certificate at the end. Instead, they create unnecessary issues and pressure employees not to leave the company. If you decide to leave, they may mark you as absconding and refuse to provide any experience or relieving certificate.
Cons
The management is very poor and appears to be driven by a short-sighted and unprofessional mindset. Salaries are often delayed, sometimes until the 20th of the month, and salary slips are not provided on time.
The management frequently acts as though employees should be grateful for receiving basic employment benefits. They often create an environment of fear and try to undermine employees' confidence and strengths, making it easier to control them.
When an employee decides to leave the company, management may pressure them to stay and often ignores resignation emails or delays the exit process. In some cases, employees report not receiving their final month's salary and being denied experience, relieving, or other employment certificates.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to freshers who are looking for a professional and supportive work environment.
