Pros
Values are owned and driven from the top down. Leadership are accessible. Regular and well formatted review cycles with clear career progression mapping. A fantastic and ever evolving product.
Cons
It's a global company - if you want close relationships with your team and other departments, you may need to schedule some out of regular hours sessions. Everyone works hard to accommodate each other though, so it's only a con if you aren't able to be flexible.
