Pros
Workers and the employer were kind and always understanding. Clients were generally very kind and nice people. The education materials were thorough and detailed. Flexible work hours. Great for working students that wanna do small, 1-2 hours a day remote work.
Cons
The curriculums were a bit outdated because the education system changed heavily about 1-2 years back and the materials were not updated to match that. Some topics I was instructed to teach the kids were way too advanced and the kids did not understand it. The platform had some errors that prevented us from progressing to the next problems. Also as a programmer I could not progress much doing this job so I had to quit to be able to focus on what I like.
