Some managers have an ironic and derogatory attitude towards employees. - The company does not care about its employees. It cares more about the image it presents to the outside world and would rather spend money on partying than fixing internal problems - do not expect to leave the office on time (applies to almost all departments, except for those that are 24-hour departments). You will be there at least +1 hour daily which you are not paid for. - There are no clear duties. - You will be told different things in the interview and do different things in practice.
