Pros
- People are great, everyone is friendly - 4 day work week in the summer, and office closure between Christmas and New Years - Lots of chances to prove your worth because there are lots of gaps to fill (though it rarely leads to a promotion or more pay)
Cons
- Financial troubles ahead - Unclear roadmap, constant pivots with poor Product/Market Fit - The organization is not unified towards a goal due to continuous pivot and lack of coherent communication
