We have an amazing team of co-workers who are truly collaborative, additionally we work with the worlds top brands and get to help them build relationships with their customers through our platform. The environment is very fast-paced and you will always be learning here. On the Customer Success team we are truly extensions of our clients' teams and their voice within Vision Critical. Good training opportunities as well.
Cons
The fast-pace isn't for everyone, but is exciting if you can keep up. Like any other software company, technology and processes change very quickly, and you need to wear many hats.
