Pros
- I get to work with and learn from many intelligent and kinda people here - My first year was great, my direct manager is very supportive and I feel this company is heading towards the right direction - Decent work life balance
Cons
- After my first year, it was nothing but disappointment to say the least. Workload and responsibility increase while salary does not even keep with up inflation. - Most recently management are enforcing people back to the office, insisting on wasting their employees time and money on meaningless commute. The main reason they claim is "we work better face to face". This is utterly and completely nonsense. Productivity is next to zero in the office, office equipments are ridiculously old and outdated, and there is absolutely no culture to speak of at all.
