I started at Aliera Healthcare in May of 2017 as Customer Service Representative in a temp position. From my very first day, I knew I had found a place I wanted to spend a long time at. There are a plethora of reasons why I am proud to call myself an Aliera employee, but I will highlight my top reasons. 1) There is a ton of opportunity for growth. If one comes in and works hard, Aliera (upper management) will promote from within, they will work with you, guide and mentor you. I can't thank management enough for all they have done for me. I can honestly say working for Aliera Healthcare has changed my life for the better. 2) The products we offer are incredible. We are genuinely able to help people secure affordable, quality healthcare. 3) It is a fun place to work! I look forward to coming to work. I come early and stay late because I want to be here. I even came in on a Saturday during football season.
