      Just a tag of MNC

      Cons

      If you are working for their Benefits business then there is no future. You will get to hear that company is doing great but when it comes to appraisals and promotions, you get nothing. Almost zero opportunity to learn and grow. After sometime you get to realize that you are stuck and it is really hard to switch the jobs.

      Flexible work environment, ability to work autonomously or in a team, variety of tasks, time flexibility, training policies

      Cons

      Excessive workload, actual team makeup did not support training policies, support roles were not valued by other businesses, lack of leadership support, unreasonable expectations for support roles
