Benefits were fairly good, considering the job.
Cons
You weren't promoted on your metrics, but whether if management thought you should be promoted. I was actually told (by a manager) that management would prefer to keep the employees as reps as opposed to learning outside skills. At that moment, I knew I was leaving.
