      Pros

      Very little that was positive has lasted from the change to Alight unfortunately. However, some of the remaining people that work there are quite sharp and engaging.

      Cons

      Management at the director level is very bad. They are not at all privy to the needs and support required of their teams. Also, work balance is no longer a value.
