-the workload is EXTREMELY unrealistic and you are expected to complete it by the end of the day, “pushing” solutions is extremely frowned upon even if it was completely out of your control whether or not it was able to be completed -you spend hours on hold with insurance/doctors offices only to get the run around and have to call back again and try to get a new rep on the line -you are expected to stay past 5 and barely have time to take a lunch break, most people shorten their lunch just to be able to get through the days work -this should not be called a consultant role, it should be a call center role -after a few months you are expected to answer all incoming calls that you receive on top of the already unrealistic workload of solutions that you are given for the day. Management can see when you decline them. -this job is truly not worth the stress, I promise.
