Pros
I really enjoy the client I work for, the flexibility Alight provides, the performance standards are actually attainable (which, I've learned in the past at other companies, that isn't always the case in call center environments), bonuses, and almost 5 full weeks of paid time off
Cons
It can be extremely fast-paced and system issues can cause frustrations, but I really have no complaints about the job
