Pros
The benefits are decent. You can accrue a lot of time off if you work here long enough.
Cons
Every year, the company ships more and more jobs offshore to their consulting partner Wipro. The "leaders" like to say buzz phrases like "work life balance" and "people matter" but the only thing that matters to them is their bottom line (which is still hurting because the contractors are not as talented as the people they have replaced).
