      Pros

      Health and wellness benefits package was pretty good.

      Cons

      Canadian employees got the short end of the stick (lower compensation). Promotions based on time spend with phones on (heavily penalized for washroom breaks and even going over your breaks due to long calls, etc) vs actual performance, customer surveys.

      Bad work culture, doesn't conduct proper AARs to get to the root cause
