After reviewing the call recording, I confirmed that I had provided this information, indicating a discrepancy in the evaluation. My supervisor offered rebuttal Supervisor supported rebuttal request, but it was denied the lie. -A large portion of calls consist of repeat contacts from members who do not feel confident in the accuracy or completeness of the information previously provided members always call back. -There is a lack of regular group meetings, which can make communication less effective. -Horrible place to work
