Pros

A great place to work! The culture is collaborative and supportive, with a real emphasis on maintaining work-life balance. Flexible summer hours and a 37.5-hour work week are excellent perks. Social clubs foster connection across teams, and the company is growing with a strong and respected reputation in medical imaging.

Cons

As the company continues to grow and scale, there can be some resistance to change at certain leadership levels. At times, new perspectives from employees with different backgrounds may not be fully embraced, which can make it harder to introduce new ideas.

Pros

- Amazing culture of collaboration, teamwork, support, and everything with the best attitude. - The total package (salary + benefits + bonus) is better than other places. - Leadership is approachable, you don’t feel like a number, but actually you feel seen and heard. - Work/Life balance is part of the culture and enforced.

Cons

- Nothing so far. Some growing/new groups are under development and need some time to produce better deliverables, but even then the groups are awesome!

There is little to no meaningful support for CRAs, despite high expectations and unrealistic timelines. Study start-up is poorly managed, frequently disorganized, and misrepresented. Managers often provide inaccurate information or shift blame to cover up mistakes rather than addressing root problems. Transparency is lacking, and accountability is rare. Work-life balance is essentially nonexistent. Excessive workloads, poor planning, and last-minute demands are treated as normal, with little regard for employee well-being or sustainability. Overall: A challenging environment with high burnout risk due to ineffective leadership, lack of support, and
