Pros

The people when I worked there were overall very kind and pleasant to work with. Specially, those at the PM level or below. Upper management was extremely lacking and had some rough personalities.

Cons

The culture is toxic and I found most people are miserable. I was there for many years and gained experience only from trial by fire and never from mentorship or job-specific training. I would not recommend working for Alira. They do not invest in their employees and if anything make it more difficult to work for them. Lastly, the pay is horrible and way below market value. It is not worth the stress and toxicity to be paid so low. There’s lack of support and guidance from directors and above which made being a successful project manager very difficult.
