      Firm prestige, extremely intelligent colleagues, entrepreneurial working environment, recent shift to a work / life balance, and constantly working with industry titans

      Cons

      The firm operates in a black box mentality, zero visibility into firm financials, and poor career mentor ships, limited training, and extremely tightly held partnership structure.

      - Experience in solving high stakes business problems that's top of mind for C-suite Executives - Constant exposure to interacting with CXOs - Excellent compensation and benefits - Meaningful ownership and leadership opportunities at junior levels - High caliber peers and coworkers - Supportive leadership team

      - Long hours / heavy travel depending on the type of project (consistent with most consulting firms)

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
