      Variety, smart collagues, good benefits

      Cons

      Poor culture, talk a good game but rarely deliver on work life balance and personal respect, treat juniors and support staff like second class citizens.

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
