      Pros

      Our projects are varied and engaging and give you the opportunity to work across different industries, countries and teams. I'm always learning something new, even if I've been on the job for a few years already. Our people are respectful, interesting and clever and make even the most challenging projects, fun.

      Cons

      We work long hours, like most consulting firms, but very rarely on weekends. Occasionally there could be a fair amount of travelling around, depending on project.

      - Experience in solving high stakes business problems that's top of mind for C-suite Executives - Constant exposure to interacting with CXOs - Excellent compensation and benefits - Meaningful ownership and leadership opportunities at junior levels - High caliber peers and coworkers - Supportive leadership team

      - Long hours / heavy travel depending on the type of project (consistent with most consulting firms)

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
