      First few years involved very interesting projects working for small to mid size clients where one was able to make a difference and see it materialize

      Cons

      Is becoming somewhat of a me too firm and competes with the other MC firms on large sourcing projects and such

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
