Toxic and cliquish enviroment, current theme is to manage by fear, horrible management staff, very few leaders in the company, no processes, basic product. There's no trust amongst employees, teams are overworked with little to no appreciation. There is no opportunity for remote employees to grow and new employees are set up to fail from the day they walk in the door. There is absolutely no training and new hires are expected to dig through hundreds of Jira tickets to figure out how to do their job. Management staff are a bunch of micro-managers that are clueless about how to lead their teams and are NOT trustworthy.
