      Alkami is an accelerator for career development. The technology stack is cutting edge. Scrum/agile environment gives developers the confidence to take risk and push the envelope. The management is hands on and technically competent. Team structure fosters camaraderie and mentorship to help new developers during on-boarding. Culture is work hard/play hard with strong personal relationships.

      Cons

      The pace of delivery can be brisk at times. For individuals with the right mindset and motivation this place is a playground for career development and skill building.

      Great design team, very integrated with the product, marketing, and dev teams. Also good UX research team.

      Product owners did not have BAs to help them so they were overwhelmed with work.

      If you really wanna go through life on hard mode, choose Alkami. It is dysfunctional on the surface, but as you peel through the layers, you'll see that it's actually rotten on the inside. Everything's a mess. Every page is a bug. The company is one lawsuit away from total shutdown!
