      Pros

      People at the Summerville site were easy to work with despite the harsh environment of the process. The team worked well together, and I am sorry to have lost such a remarkable team.

      Cons

      Harsh Manufacturing environment because of the process. Very hot in the summer and bearable during the cooler months.

      Good people at the plant

      Cons

      Upper manager (Operations) do not really care, and always trying someone to blame, it seems company culture, blame, because they do not need fix anything if they can blame someone. But the end of the day you receive a pretend smile and fake support
