Under staffed and work all employees like slaves. No training what so ever. You either sink or swim trying to figure out what needs to be done. No open door policy when its comes to upper management and HR, they all watch out for each other. If you complain about upper management you will get write ups until they can get rid of you and have no problem throwing you under the bus to save the skin on on they're backs. Direct management is sexiest pig and and discriminates against female employees.
