They seem to actually care about clinical needs of clients They dont seem to be one of those "all about the billables" companies we all know about The office workers are approachable Clinical culture is emphasized

Cons

Training for techs seems to be lacking Lack of techs I am unfamiliar with Central Reach, so I had to learn a lot about it in a short span of time. Parents dont always understand need for parent training Client times sometimes conflict with each other

Some coworkers were supportive and genuinely cared about client outcomes.

Cons

Leadership is inexperienced and unqualified to manage clinical or operational aspects effectively. Communication is extremely poor; important decisions are made without informing or consulting staff. No meaningful feedback is given, making growth and development nearly impossible. Cases are frequently assigned—or withheld—without any explanation, leaving staff in the dark. Unethical practices in ABA services are common. Clients are taken on without ensuring staff availability, which compromises both service quality and employee well-being. Management prioritizes billing and caseload expansion over ethical standards or client care.
