Without any clear timeline communication Performance review process not clear; many times no proper meeting or feedback session Salary increment very small (1–2%) even when company show good growth outside on youtube Hiring time promise and real appraisal timeline not matching Appreciation culture very very weak; non-existent positive feedback for good work. If you do something wrong, 10 people will call you for a meeting Focus is more on compliance and rules rather than trust and collaboration Some departments expect long working hours without clear communication Communication from managers confusing or not timely. For freshers there is 2-year bond, and salary growth very slow during this time HR limited in helping because decisions mostly top management driven CEO/Directors are unnecessarily involved in everything. It does not look like a "Lala" company but behaves like one
