Pros
Great colleagues (At advisor level) Good opportunities to earn more with over time Opportunity to work from home Access to the vantage point canteen (they do a great breakfast!)
Cons
Most companies run on a "quality over quantity" basis. All Fleet flips this on it's head. They get paid per call answered...and don't you know about it. The work load is impossible. You will never achieve anything. Clients are lied to. When companys visit all fleet, advisors will be strategically placed to look like certain contracts/teams are fully manned. It's a case of butter bring scraped over too much bread. Talking about mental health is "encouraged" to tick boxes. But don't you dare talk about it!!! You will be met with threats about not being signed off. Pay had been late for a quarter of the last year. AFS are struggling. The best staff have jumped ship or are currently planning to. Either way, you'll feel like you're drowning I will use the oxymoron of "loud whispers" to describe employees' discussions RE: Obvious furlough mis-usage Having left the business a few months back, I am still struggling with the effects of this horrendous company. To summarise, I started AFS a sprightly, enthusiastic and honest worker. I left with crippling anxiety. I, to this day still doubt things that I do. Even if I know they're right. You are accountable AFS. All Fleet, I know your directors read these so, I want to say that you didn't break me. I'm strong and came through. You came close though and that's the horror. Good honest people still give you hours of their lives. Respect them. Look after them. Help progress them. Help nurture a good healthy atmosphere. If you can't, then close the doors because you will push people to the limit.
