Pros

Fast-paced environment, opportunities to strengthen communication skills, and consistent workload for those who perform well.

Cons

Review: Working here has been a nonstop grind. Calls come in back-to-back with almost no downtime, and employees are sometimes transferred into sales situations without warning. I made it clear I’m not sales-oriented, but that boundary wasn’t respected. Management tends to focus heavily on numbers and sales goals, while employee concerns about stress, workload, or fairness are often overlooked. It’s frustrating to work hard, take nearly 200 calls a day, and still feel unappreciated — especially when others doing far less seem to face no accountability. The environment can feel micromanaged at times — even simple things like taking a bathroom break can lead to unnecessary questions. There are talented, hardworking people here, but it’s hard to stay motivated when effort isn’t recognized or supported. If you’re looking for stability, respect, and a balanced workload, this may not be the right place. But if you’re comfortable in a high-stress, numbers-driven setting, it might suit you.

Pros

- Autonomy. - No micro management. - A very data-savvy company. - They sold to a new owner, so hopefully some of the cons will have improved by now.

Cons

- ELT was completely disconnected, and made decisions that made the business worse such as revenue, stocking, and new business lines. - Often it took weeks to get a response from my manager. - The least amount of support I have ever had in a business. - Company had no issues violating worker rights as long as they maximized revenue.

Pros

Good benefits. Great pay. Ability to work from home.

Cons

Management was not flexible. They would use PTO anytime you took a day off without asking if you wanted to use it. They always had an issue with something and was constantly changing daily routine work.
