The business is unorganized and they seem to pick and choose who gets called for jobs. They will send texts for jobs only to a select group of their friends/family. If the friends and family don't want the jobs, then they will send it out to others. They are usually condescending in the way they treat employees and send out texts with incorrect information regarding jobs and locations.
