I found the owner to be genuine - they provided an additional bonus when the company had a good year to all employees. I do believe they want to take care of employees well. There is a commitment to client satisfaction. The growth has been based on that focus and
Cons
The growth made the culture change..... They used to be more family focused but now they are a lot bigger.....now the owners seem stressed and lack the same focus. There are a few managers who can't seem to get a long with anyone. There are some who are focused on doing a great job and focusing on clients and building a strong team. There are a few who are focused on their own self promotion.....but that seems to be any company. Sad because it was a great place to work.
