Cons
Not to many things was written there and I am really wondering that no one mention that:
1. The company is extremely unstable, doesn't have clear vision of they future and plans
2. Developing low quality and useless applications, which are they cannot even sold. so most of projects you will be develop won't never became as an online real products
3. To cover the gaps in management and strategy they will push you to live on this work.
4.There are much more competitors which make applications more productive and smart, which at least are working and the real one.
