      Pros

      AllCloud has a culture of upward mobility. Leadership is very intentional in seeking out those who are contributing and adding value, and making sure they are able to grow their compensation and career prospects.

      Cons

      The company is globally distributed (which is fun because you meet people from all over the world), but can present time zone challenges.

      Pros

      Nothing really positive - the AWS work maybe

      Cons

      Terrible management and project management especially bad - the pm’s only schedule meetings but act like they are in charge with no tech knowledge - they over meeting the client but do not realize it bc pm’s need something to do… they make money by using AWS MAP program which is AWS given money to customers to switch to AWS which goes to AC.
