Unethical Practices - Account Manager AllOne Health Employee Review

Pros

The benefits are good for the most part and there is flexibility.

Cons

Account Managers are being required to handle crisis situations, including fatalities, without adequate training, clinical licensure, or additional compensation. When employees express discomfort—understandably due to safety and ethical concerns—they risk termination. Micromanagement has reached an all-time high, and it appears the company is cutting costs in critical areas, including fair employee compensation. Leadership seems solely focused on profit, often at the expense of employee well-being. For an EAP that claims to prioritize mental health, it’s troubling that staff are expected to take crisis calls well past midnight, putting their own mental health at risk. Employees who set healthy boundaries are being let go, and those who remain are burdened with unmanageable workloads due to a lack of replacements. Please do not work here.

Pros

AllOne Health is a rare organization that genuinely aligns mission with execution. The leadership team is highly engaged, strategic, and committed to building something meaningful in the behavioral health and workforce wellbeing space. There is a clear emphasis on growth, both through acquisitions and organic initiatives, but it is done thoughtfully rather than recklessly. Collaboration across teams is strong, and there is a noticeable respect for expertise at every level of the organization. The company empowers individuals to take ownership, move quickly, and contribute in meaningful ways. There is also a strong sense of purpose in the work, which translates into real impact for clients and their employees.

Cons

The organization is growing and evolving, which means there are frequent opportunities to adapt and take on new challenges. For individuals who enjoy a dynamic environment, this is a positive, though it does require flexibility and a willingness to embrace change.

Pros

Remote and sometimes you do get to help others.

Cons

Micromanagement, micromanagement, micromanagement. Communication between higher-ups is incredibly poor and management is detached. You'll witness mass layoffs and then management will act confused on why you're nervous about potentially losing your employment. Everyone is trying to meet metrics so additional help when learning your position is limited. They'll implement new ways to micromanage you instead of making something innovative to aid the software program from 2008 they still utilize. I've worked some pretty intense jobs in the past, but this stressed me out more and I wasn't even compensated enough to deal with it.
